Kick-off conference and promotional event for general public
Kick-off conference was organized online in December 2020.
Promotional event related to the initial conference was organised in Zadar on March 11, 2022 in the conference hall of the “INOVacija”. Promo event was intended for general practitioners, health institutions, general public, NGO and local authorities for presentation of project itself but also for raising public awareness on the importance of healthy lifestyles and regular examinations in the prevention of chronic diseases. Health experts held presentations about national preventive screening programs and colon cancer.
Four street actions
Institute for Public Health of West Herzegovina County organized 4 street actions where volunteers distributed brochures about the ON TIME project and invited citizens to come to the Institute of Public Health in Grude and get a free ultrasound examination and take tests to check for invisible blood in the stool. Street actions were held on Thursday, May 19 in Grude and Ljubuški and on Friday, May 25 in Posušje and Široki Brijeg. Volunteers distributed 1,000 brochures about the ON TIME project during these actions.
Final conference with promotional event for general public
The final conference was held in Zadar, on May 10, 2022, in the Ceremonial Hall of the University of Zadar.
The second promo event was held in Podgorica on May 13, 2022, in the Amphitheater of the Center for Pathology in Podgorica. The event in Podgorica was hosted by Institute of Public Health of Montenegro and organized with assistance of PHI General Hospital „Blažo Orlandić“ Bar and external agency. The promo evet was available also for online participation. Team members and director General hospital Zadar participated in the event in Podgorica where they presented General hospital Zadar's activities. Also, representatives of PHI General Hospital „Blažo Orlandić“ Bar presented project activities, results, outputs, and experiences of the Hospital during implementation of the project. There were 31 people present on Final conference and 39 people on Promotional event in Podgorica.

The project team in cooperation with the agency engaged by Institute for Public Health Of West Herzegovina County produced educational whiteboard videos for the general public with the aim of education on prevention.
